Ms. James was formerly a partner and trial lawyer with the law firm, Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, PC. NY, NY.

For over thirty five years, Ms. James has provided excellent legal counsel to individuals, businesses and not-for-profit companies in the areas of general litigation, estate litigation and  estate planning and estate administration. She assists clients  with Surrogate Court matters in the venues of New York and New Jersey.

Ms. James is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.

Ms. James is a member of the New York Bar Association. She also served as Board Member for the Archdiocese of Newark, Planned Giving Council and Renew International.

Ms. James attended Dickinson College and was graduated in 1987 with a Bachelors of Arts degree. Ms. James continued her education at New York Law School where she received her Juris Doctor in 1991.

Ms. James is an avid golfer, skier, and yogi, who lives in Bergen County, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
